Precise Curve Cutting on Granite and Engineered Stone
The Alpha® Contour Blade is specially designed for cutting granite sinkholes. It's also great for all curved cutting jobs on engineered stone and hard marble. Its unique design features direct sintered diamond segments on both sides of the steel core and the peripheral edge. This allows for clean, accurate, and safe cutting of curved areas with a wider kerf, making cutting easier. The diamond segment inside the steel core stops undercutting, a common issue in curve cutting. Thanks to its excellent cutting ability and wider kerf, it's much more maneuverable than standard blades, eliminating the need for difficult and time - consuming plunge cuts. This blade can be used wet or dry and fits most common angle grinders. It's versatile, long - lasting, and cost - effective, making it the top choice for any curve cutting task.

Using the Alpha® Contour Blade is quite straightforward. First, make sure it fits your angle grinder or CNC router with a cutting head. You can use it either wet or dry, depending on your preference. When cutting, the wider kerf and excellent cutting ability will make it easier to handle curved areas. Just guide the blade steadily along the curve you want to cut. Remember to keep within the maximum RPM specified for the blade size to ensure safety. As for maintenance, after each use, clean the blade to remove any debris. Store it in a dry place to prevent rust. If you notice any signs of damage, like a broken segment, it's time to replace the blade.
