The BMF™ Dekton Silent Core Continuous Rim Bridge Saw Blade is a top - notch tool designed to cut the toughest materials like Dekton, large - format porcelain, neolith, and other natural and engineered stones. Its specially designed segments allow water to flow along each segment's sides during cutting. This feature reduces chipping, keeps the blade cool, and minimizes friction. With 10mm segment height, it can cut porcelain, Dekton®, Neolith®, Lapitech®, petrified wood, and slabs made with geodes. It's for wet use only. Recommended RPMs vary based on the blade diameter and cut type (straight or miter) for Dekton slabs. Ideal for professionals, it offers faster, cleaner cuts and has a long lifespan. Applications include porcelain, Dekton, quartzite, neolite, granite, and engineered stone. It comes with an arbor of 50mm/60mm, blade diameters of 14, 16, or 18 inches, and is for bridge saw machines under the BMF™ brand.

How to use: First, make sure you are using a bridge saw machine. Select the appropriate blade diameter (14, 16, or 18 inches) based on your cutting needs. Always use the blade with water as it's for wet use only. When cutting Dekton slabs, follow the recommended RPMs according to the type of cut (straight or miter) and blade diameter. For example, for a 14 - inch blade in a straight cut on Dekton slabs, use 2200 RPM at 4 - 7 feet per minute. Safety first! Only professionals should operate this blade. Avoid using it on dry conditions as it may cause overheating and damage. After each use, clean the blade thoroughly to remove any stone debris. Store it in a dry place to prevent rusting. Regularly check the segments for wear and tear, and replace the blade if the segments are too worn out.
