Description

A bolt cutter, also known as a bolt cropper, is a versatile tool used to cut various materials like chains, padlocks, bolts, and wire mesh. Our innovative BNBC bolt cutters are a game - changer. They feature replaceable and rotatable three - edge cutting blades crafted from specially hardened alloy steel, ensuring a long service life. Unlike single - edge cutters, the 3 - edged exchangeable blades fit all three of our models (24', 30', and 36' lengths). The handles and grips are ergonomically designed to provide greater mechanical leverage and control. Here are the specifications: BNBC - 24 Standard 24' has a bolt cutter capacity of 5/16' (8 mm); BNBC - 30 Standard 30' can cut up to 3/8' (10 mm); and BNBC - 36 Standard 36' has a capacity of 7/16' (11 mm).

Using your BNBC bolt cutters is easy. First, choose the right model according to the thickness of the material you want to cut. For example, if the material is 8 mm thick, pick the BNBC - 24. Place the material between the cutting blades at the appropriate position. Then, firmly grip the handles and apply pressure. With the great mechanical leverage of the handles, you'll be able to cut through the material smoothly. When using, always wear safety goggles to protect your eyes from any flying debris. Don't try to cut materials that are thicker than the cutter's capacity as it may damage the blades. For maintenance, after each use, wipe the blades with a dry cloth to remove any debris. Occasionally, apply a light coat of oil to the blades to prevent rusting. Store the bolt cutters in a dry place when not in use.
