BMF Core Bit for Quartzite

The BMF Core Bit is specially crafted for Quartzite. Its vacuum - brazed side protection not only enables smooth boring but also speeds up the drilling process. With vacuum brazing both inside and outside, it ensures quick core removal. It comes with 5/8” - 11” thread options. Ideal for Quartzite, it can be used with Large and Small Angle Grinders, and has a MAX RPM of 6,500. Available core bit diameters are 1.25, 1.375, 1.5, and 2.

Using this BMF Core Bit is easy. First, make sure your Large or Small Angle Grinder is turned off and unplugged. Select the right bit diameter according to your needs. Then, attach the bit to the grinder using the 5/8’ - 11 arbor. When drilling quartzite, start at a slow speed and gradually increase it to avoid overheating. Keep the bit lubricated during the process to extend its lifespan. After use, clean the bit thoroughly to remove any debris. Store it in a dry place to prevent rusting. Never exceed the MAX RPM of 6,500 to ensure safety and the best performance.
