Description

This amazing handheld tool, a lighter version of the BNR1837 Drywall Sander, is specifically designed for sanding walls and ceilings made of drywall or plaster in any position. It comes with a powerful motor that creates its own suction for the dust generated during sanding. The central holes and edge vacuum locations offer a large dust - collection area. You can easily connect it to a standard vacuum hose to keep your working space dust - free. The product includes a vacuum bag with a strap, allowing you to carry it as a dust - collection system while you work. It uses our smaller SDR7 7 - inch sanding discs for optimal control in all work applications. Specifications: Power is 6A / 720W, voltage is 120V/60Hz, no - load speed ranges from 1500 - 2700 rpm. It measures 12 inches x 9 inches x 10 inches (305mm x 229mm x 254mm), with a rotating sanding motion. The SDR7 series sanding pads and abrasives have a diameter of 7 inches (180mm). The connections for dust extraction are 1.38 inches and 2.25 inches (35mm and 57mm). It weighs 6.17 lbs. (2.8kg). There's a halo light controlled by an on/off switch on the rear of the handle. Accessories include a vacuum hose, dust bag, and side handle. It's certified by ETL for the US and Canada.

Using the BNR1841 Drywall Sander is easy. First, connect the sander to a standard vacuum hose or attach the included vacuum bag with a strap. This will help keep your workspace dust - free. Then, choose the appropriate SDR7 7 - inch sanding disc for your task. When you start sanding, hold the sander firmly with the side handle and turn it on using the switch. You can adjust the halo light on the rear of the handle to improve visibility. For best results, move the sander in a smooth and even motion across the drywall or plaster surface. As you work, keep an eye on the dust collection system. If using the vacuum bag, empty it when it gets full. When you're done, turn off the sander and unplug it. Clean the sander regularly to maintain its performance. Wipe the exterior with a dry cloth and check the sanding discs for wear and tear. Replace them if they are damaged. Store the sander in a dry and safe place. Remember, this sander is designed for drywall and plaster surfaces, so don't use it on other materials. Also, always wear safety goggles and a dust mask to protect yourself from dust and debris.
