The Manual Tilter 150 is a custom - made lifting and handling equipment. It's part of the MT1 Lifter Series. This Powr - Grip® vacuum lifter has a single vacuum pad for quick attachment and release, allowing one person to handle heavy loads ergonomically. It comes in different models with various power sources: a mobile, battery - powered model (MT1HV11DC), a compressed - air - powered special order model (MT1HV11AIRS), and a corded AC - outlet - powered special order model (MT1HV11ACS). All models have a load capacity of 150 lbs [70 kg]. The standard pad spread is 11' x 11' [28 x 28 cm], and the standard vacuum pad is a 10' [25 cm] dia. lipped pad. Using the Manual Tilter 150 is easy. First, choose the right power source for your needs - you can go for the battery - powered option if you need mobility, or opt for the compressed - air or AC - powered models. Once you've set up the power, position the single vacuum pad on the load. It'll quickly attach to the load in about 2 seconds. Then, you can manually tilt the load up to 90° between upright and flat. When you're done, it'll release the load in about 3 seconds. Here are some important things to keep in mind. The minimum ambient and load temperature should be 32°F, and the maximum should be 100°F.
