When you're dealing with stiffer materials or need higher volume output, the Step-Up 120 series pumps are your go-to solution. These towable yet compact pumps are designed for unique pumping scenarios and environments. They're incredibly versatile, capable of pumping or spraying mortars, stuccos, grouts, restoration mortars, underlayments, fireproofing, waterproofing, and many other materials. The pumps are shown here with the Step-Up 120 pan mixer for continuous mixing and pumping. Model # 1106180, 220V/60Hz, 3 HP, Single Phase. Standard equipment includes an inverter control panel, a 66' power cord, a 66' water hose (Ø 19 mm/3/4'), remote control readiness, a 3 hp single-phase 100% duty cycle motor, an IM25L rotor/stator, a tow kit, a grate for premixed materials, and an accessory tool box. Optional equipment includes a dual diaphragm compressor, a non-towing wheel kit, a Step up 120 pan mixer, a Spin 30 continuous mixer with iDust grate, various hoses, reducers, a vibrating grate, a 120' remote control, rotor/stator kits, a spray gun, a pintle tow ring, an overhead wand, and more. These pumps are suitable for spraying and pumping conventional mortar, premixed plasters, fibre-reinforced and refractory mortars, grouting, fireproof materials, self-levelling screeds, and for reinforcing injections at controlled pressure.

Using the Step - Up 120 Series Spray and Grout Pumps is easy. First, make sure you've got all the necessary equipment connected. Plug in the 66' power cord to a 220V/60Hz single - phase power source. If you're using the optional mixer, connect it properly for continuous mixing and pumping. Fill the pump with the material you want to spray or pump, like mortar or grout. You can control the operation with the inverter control panel or the optional remote control. When using the pump, be aware of the material you're using. Stiffer materials might require a bit more power, but these pumps are designed to handle them well. Always follow the safety instructions when operating near electrical equipment. For maintenance, after each use, clean the pump thoroughly. Remove any remaining material from the rotor/stator and the hoses. Check the power cord and water hose for any damage. Periodically lubricate the moving parts as recommended by the manufacturer. If you need to store the pump for a long time, make sure it's in a dry place and cover it to protect it from dust and debris.
