Description

The Trailer Lock System is installed right in front of the loading dock. Its electric hydraulic system grabs the ICC bar on semi - trailers. An accumulator is standard for maximum safety, allowing the lock to move with the trailer during loading and unloading. A beeper and flashing light alert the operator if the lock doesn't engage properly. The traffic light outside and control panel inside always show the restraint's status. It comes with a light package, control panel, and three large visual signs. With a draw pull shear strength of 22,500 lbs per foot and pre - drilled holes for wall or ground mounting.

Here are different models: TL - 100 - F is an electric hydraulic system with an aluminum light package, weighing 470 lbs. TL - 100 - F - S has a poly light package and weighs 518 lbs. TL - 100 - F - S - LED features a poly LED light package and weighs 470 lbs. TL - 200 - HP - F is a hand - pump hydraulic system with an aluminum light package, weighing 405 lbs. TL - 200 - HP - F - S is a hand - pump hydraulic trailer lock system weighing 495 lbs. All models have a draw pull shear strength of 22,500 lbs per foot.

Using the Trailer Lock System is easy. First, install it in front of the loading dock using the pre - drilled holes for wall or ground mounting. When a semi - trailer arrives, the electric or hand - pump hydraulic system will capture the ICC bar on the back of the trailer. During the loading and unloading process, the lock will follow the trailer's movement up and down thanks to the accumulator. Pay attention to the beeper and flashing light. If they go off, it means the lock isn't engaged properly. Always check the traffic light outside and the control panel inside to know the restraint's status. For maintenance, regularly check the hydraulic system for leaks and keep the light package clean. If there are any issues, consult the professional service team.
