Allen Engineering's premier purpose - built ride - on polisher, the ROP180 - P, is a game - changer in concrete floor polishing. It's powered by a 31 hp Kubota propane engine, delivering top - notch torque for early - stage concrete floor opening and high rotor speeds to reach that perfect gloss. With removable dolly jacks featuring 6” caster wheels, tooling changes are a breeze, minimizing downtime without the need for an external lift. The fully hydraulic design boosts reliability by getting rid of wear - prone parts like belts and pulleys. It comes with a 14 - gallon water tank and dual nozzles per rotor, ensuring you always have water for wet polishing. Using the Allen Engineering ROP180 - P ride - on polisher is straightforward. First, make sure the propane tank is filled. Then, start the Kubota engine. You can use the power steering control to move the polisher around the concrete floor. When it's time to change the tooling, use the removable dolly jacks with 6” caster wheels to quickly swap them out. For wet polishing, the 14 - gallon water tank and dual nozzles per rotor will keep the floor wet. Remember, there's a warning about cancer and reproductive harm, so take necessary safety precautions. As for maintenance, check the engine regularly as you would with any other machinery. Also, since the design eliminates belts and pulleys, you don't have to worry about those wear - and - tear parts as much. But still, keep an eye on the hydraulic system and make sure all components are in good working condition. Keep the water tank clean to ensure proper water flow for wet polishing.
