Cure & Seal 30 is a VOC-compliant, non-yellowing acrylic polymer. It's specially designed to cure, seal, harden, and dustproof both new and aged concrete surfaces. This product enhances the durability and wearability of concrete, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It offers a high-gloss finish, cleans and brightens floors, and remains stable under UV light. With one easy application, it cures, seals, hardens, and dustproofs. It has maximum color stability, is easier to clean and maintain, and improves concrete's resistance to de-icing salts. You can recoat it at any time without stripping the previous application. For new concrete, apply Cure & Seal 30 after the surface water has evaporated and it can handle light traffic. Apply it evenly and add a second coat after the first one is dry for better protection. For existing concrete, make sure the surface is clean, dry or slightly damp, and free from stains, oils, and incompatible coatings. This treatment will make the surface brighter and easier to maintain. The coverage rates are 300 - 400 sq ft/gal for curing, 400 - 600 sq ft/gal for dustproofing and sealing. For the best results, apply two coats at 500 sq ft/gal. Double the coverage on broom or rough - finished concrete. It comes in 5 - gallon pails and 55 - gallon drums. Store it in its original, tightly sealed containers for up to two years from the manufacturing date. Keep it away from water, dirt, and other contaminants. It meets ASTM C1315, Type 1, Class A, ASTM C309, Type 1, Class A & B standards, and VOC emission requirements under EPA limits (<700 g/L).
