Fact Sheet

Surface Preparation: Before applying Glaze ‘N Seal products, make sure the surface is clean and dry. Remove dirt, oil, grease, paint, efflorescence, and non - compatible sealers. You can use Glaze ‘N Seal Heavy Duty Cleaner for general cleaning and Efflorescence Remover for specific stains. If acid is used, neutralize the surface with Glaze ‘N Seal Neutralizing Rinse. Read container instructions carefully. Allow 24 hours for drying (48 hours after power washing or in cool temperatures). Applying to a damp surface may cause issues.

After tamping joint sand and cleaning the area, ensure the sand is at least 1/8 inch below the paver surface and fully dry. Test small areas first.

Application Procedure: Use a garden - type sprayer, low - pressure airless sprayer, brush, short - nap roller, or squeegee. Apply one liberal coat to saturate joints. Roll back or squeegee excess to avoid puddles. Allow more drying time in moist, cool climates. You can apply a second coat after two hours for more protection and gloss. Don't over - apply.

For a matte finish, wipe the sealer off within 5 - 10 minutes of application.

Coverage: 100 to 250 square feet per gallon depending on surface porosity and application method.

Limitations: Apply at 45°F - 90°F. Keep air and surface temperature above 45°F for 24 hours before and after. Clean tools with water immediately. Don't use on immersed areas, porcelain, polished stone, granite, or marble. Professional use only.

WARRANTY: Glaze ‘N Seal's liability is limited to product replacement for defects, excluding labor and consequential damages. The user is responsible for determining product safety and suitability.

ADVANCED PAVER CARE PRODUCT LINE “Enhanced Look” Paver Sealer is part of Glaze ‘N Seal’s Advanced Paver Care line, which includes enhancer sealers and restoration products. All are safe, effective, and easy to use.

Let's start with how to use this paver sealer. First, you need to prepare the surface. Make sure it's clean and dry. Get rid of dirt, oil, grease, paint, and other non - compatible stuff. You can use the recommended cleaners from Glaze ‘N Seal. If you've used acid, don't forget to neutralize the surface. After that, let it dry for 24 hours, or 48 hours if you've power - washed or it's cool. Also, when dealing with joint sand, make sure it's at least 1/8 inch below the paver surface and completely dry. It's a good idea to test a small area first to see how the sealer works. When it comes to application, you can use a garden - type sprayer, low - pressure airless sprayer, brush, short - nap roller, or squeegee. Apply one coat generously to saturate the joints. Roll back or squeegee off any extra sealer to avoid puddles. In moist or cool areas, give it more time to dry. If you want more protection and gloss, you can apply a second coat after two hours, but don't over - do it. If you prefer a matte finish, just wipe the sealer off within 5 to 10 minutes after application. Now, for the coverage, it can cover 100 to 250 square feet per gallon, depending on how porous the surface is and how you apply it. As for the limitations, only apply it when the temperature is between 45°F and 90°F, and keep the air and surface temperature above 45°F for 24 hours before and after. Clean your tools with water right after use. Don't use it on areas that will be immersed, like fountains or pools, and avoid using it on porcelain, polished stone, granite, or marble. Remember, this is for professional use only. Regarding the warranty, Glaze ‘N Seal will only replace the product if it's defective, and won't cover labor costs or other damages. You need to check the safety and suitability of the product yourself. And be careful, this sealer is suspected of causing cancer and can irritate your eyes, so follow all the safety instructions.
