Description

Our Blue Diamond® Heavy Duty Pallet Forks are a perfect fit for large frame track loaders and wheel loaders with skid steer quick attach. The backrest cutout makes it easy to enter the skid steer cab and is designed to clear the center linkage on wheel loaders. The Class 3 frame can handle fork lengths from 48” to 72”. These pallet forks come with a 10,000 lb. capacity. You can choose from 48”, 60”, and 72” length tines. The back rest design is versatile for multiple applications. The frame is 50″ wide, and the fork dimensions are 2” x 5″. Here are the details of different models: Model 314150 (Frame) with 48' X 1 3/4' tines has a 10,000 lbs lift capacity and weighs 595 lbs; Model 314152 (Frame) with 60' X 1 3/4' tines has a 10,000 lbs lift capacity and weighs 732 lbs; Model 314155 (Frame) with 60' X 2' tines has a 10,000 lbs lift capacity and weighs 758 lbs; Model 314160 (Frame) with 72' X 2' tines has a 10,000 lbs lift capacity and weighs 828 lbs; Model 314165 (Frame) with 84' X 2' tines has a 10,000 lbs lift capacity and weighs 848 lbs; Model 314167 (Frame) with 96' X 2' tines has a 10,000 lbs lift capacity and weighs 875 lbs.

Using these pallet forks is quite straightforward. First, make sure your large frame track loader or wheel loader has the skid steer quick attach. Attach the pallet forks securely to your machine. When loading, place the load evenly on the forks to avoid imbalance. Make sure the load doesn't exceed the 10,000 lb. capacity. When entering the skid steer cab, use the cutout in the backrest for easy access. As for maintenance, regularly check the forks for any signs of wear or damage, like cracks or bent tines. Clean the forks after each use to prevent rust and debris buildup. Keep the attachment points lubricated to ensure smooth operation. If you notice any issues, don't use the forks until they're properly repaired or replaced.
