Description

In construction and industrial fields, quick access to work sites is key, but a successful job also relies on fast mixing, less spillage, and a consistent end - product. Without a Pelican mixing station, materials can go airborne before full mixing, affecting batch consistency. With CS Unitec’s Pelican mixing station, your team can consistently create high - quality batches. It comes with a high - performing EHR 23/2.4 handheld mixing drill. This drill can be used with or without the three - bag - capacity canister, making the station versatile and ready for use upon arrival. The canister cover and dust extraction port (when used with a dust collection vacuum) reduce airborne dust and splatter. The 14.5 Amp motor lets you mix up to 200 pounds of high - viscosity materials. Common applications include epoxy, mortar, plaster, cement, quartz - containing resin, flooring compounds, and insulation. The station has a 3 - bag capacity, outputs up to 1500 lbs./hour, runs on 14.5 AMP / 110 V, has 2 speeds (0 - 250 and 0 - 580 RPM), weighs 65 lbs., and comes with 1x TK200P (for the mixing station) and 1x MG 160 (for hand - held use) paddles. It's great for 'assembly line' mixing with PMP80DC - 23 and 2+ PMP80 Pelican Carts. The included EHR 23/2.4 mixer is removable for hand - held use. Standard equipment includes an EHR 23/2.5 S Mixing Drill, 2 paddles (TK200P and MG 160), a transport cart, a canister, a liner, a canister cover with a hinged lid, and a motor mount. Order part no. PH705 for a replacement liner.

Using the Pelican Mixing Station is easy. First, if you're using the canister, make sure it's properly set up with the liner inside. Attach the appropriate paddle (TK200P for the mixing station or MG 160 for hand - held use) to the EHR 23/2.5 S Mixing Drill. Then, add your materials to the canister or work area. Select the right speed (0 - 250 or 0 - 580 RPM) according to your material's needs. When starting the drill, hold it firmly and let it do the mixing. For best results, keep an eye on the consistency of the mixture. If you're doing 'assembly line' mixing, use the PMP80DC - 23 and PMP80 Pelican Carts to keep the process going. When it comes to safety, always wear appropriate protective gear like goggles and gloves, especially when dealing with materials like epoxy or cement. Make sure the dust collection vacuum is connected to the dust extraction port to reduce airborne dust. For maintenance, after each use, clean the paddles and the drill. Check the canister and liner for any damage. If the liner is worn out, order a replacement (part no. PH705). Keep the drill and other equipment in a dry place to prevent rusting. Periodically check the motor and electrical connections to ensure they're in good condition.
