Using the SURFOX™ Passivation Tester is easy. First, make sure the device is powered on. Then, use the small probe to touch the stainless - steel surface you want to test. You'll get an instant reading on the LCD screen. A value above zero indicates the surface is passivated. When using it, avoid dropping or exposing it to extreme temperatures. For maintenance, keep the probe clean. If it gets dirty, gently wipe it with a soft cloth. Also, store the tester in a dry place when not in use.
