When a standard punch just won't cut it, our Oversize Punch Assembly steps in. It replaces your regular punch assembly, allowing you to use punches and dies of different shapes and sizes, ranging from 1' to 1-9/16'. Note that Oversize Punch and Die Sets are sold separately. Using this Oversize Punch Assembly is easy. First, replace your standard punch assembly with this oversize one. Then, select the appropriate punch and die set according to your needs. Remember, the punch and die sets are sold separately. When you're punching holes or shapes larger than 1 - 9/16', switch to the 241 Punch Assembly. As for maintenance, keep the assembly clean and lubricated regularly. Check for any signs of wear and tear, and if you notice any issues, contact us right away.
