The mix ratio is 2 - 3% BPO, with a gel time of 3 - 5 minutes and full cure in 10 - 12 minutes at 25 °C. To use, first, grind the surface with hard grinding paper and clean it thoroughly to remove dust, moisture, and oil. Then, take the required amount of stone glue and mix it with the hardener paste at 2 - 3% of the volume. Remember to close the cap of the unused adhesive right away. It will set in 3 - 5 minutes. It has a shelf life of 18 months.
Using this stone adhesive is easy. First, prepare the surface you want to glue. Take some hard grinding paper and grind the surface. Then, make sure to clean it well, getting rid of any dust, moisture, or oil. The surface should be clean and dry. Next, figure out how much stone glue you need. Take that amount and mix it with the hardener paste. You only need 2 - 3% of the volume of the glue for the hardener. After you've mixed them, close the cap of the unused glue right away. In about 3 - 5 minutes, the glue will start to set. For best results, wait 10 - 12 minutes for it to fully cure. When storing the adhesive, keep it in a cool, dry place. And remember, it has a shelf life of 18 months. If you notice any color change, cracking, or shrinkage during the hardening process, something might be wrong with your application or the storage conditions. Check the surface preparation and the mix ratio again.
