Tenax Travertine Filler is a semisolid buff - colored product designed for horizontal repair, rebuilding, gluing, and filling of travertine and similar stones. Its smooth consistency makes it super easy to spread. It can fill holes of all sizes in travertine and can be polished. Ideal for interior use, it's not suitable for temperatures below 32°F. Special color requests are welcome. Before use, ensure the surface is dry, clean, and dust - free. If you're adding coloring paste, do it before mixing with the catalyst, as too much paste can affect the final product. Mix the catalyst with the glue at 2 - 3% by weight. Stir well and apply with a slight excess to account for shrinkage. Let it dry until you can cut off the excess with a razor blade, then remove leftover traces with acetone. Don't put unused product back in the can and seal it tightly after use. Keep it away from heat, humidity, and sun. The product lasts at least 6 months when stored between 65°F - 77°F. At 77°F, the gel time is 2 - 3 minutes, tacky - free time is 10 - 15 minutes, and working time is 30 - 40 minutes. After hardening, it can be used in temperatures from 32°F to 230°F. The ratio of glue to hardener is 100/2 - 3% by weight. Always read the safety data sheet before using.

Hey there! Here's how to use your Tenax Travertine Filler. First, make sure the surface you want to work on is dry, clean, and free of dust. If you want to add some color, mix the coloring paste in before you add the catalyst. Be careful not to use too much paste, as it can mess up the final look. Next, mix the catalyst with the glue. You should use 2 - 3% of the catalyst by weight. Stir it really well. Then, apply the filler, putting on a little extra to make up for shrinkage. Let it dry until you can easily cut off the extra with a razor blade. After that, use acetone to get rid of any leftover bits. Remember, don't put any unused filler back in the can. Seal it tight after you're done. Store the product in a cool, dry place away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight. It'll last at least 6 months if you keep it between 65°F and 77°F. Also, check the safety data sheet before you start using it. This filler isn't for use in temperatures below 32°F and is best for indoor jobs.
