Description

Cure & Seal WB is an ASTM C - 309 compliant water - based solution. It's a non - yellowing, VOC - compliant acrylic polymer. This product is great for curing, sealing, hardening, and dustproofing freshly placed concrete. It can also boost the durability of existing concrete surfaces. It's eco - friendly and eligible for LEED credits. Ideal for both indoor and outdoor use, it forms a tough, glossy film that resists abrasion and common stains. It stops cementitious droppings from sticking and oils/greases from penetrating. You'll save on maintenance and clean - up costs. It brightens floors and makes them easier to maintain. You can recoat without stripping previous applications, and it improves resistance to de - icing salts. It's ready to use, no dilution needed. Apply with a sprayer, brush, roller, or lambswool applicator. Apply when the temperature is above 40°F and rising. For new concrete, apply after surface water evaporates, and a second coat can enhance the finish. For existing concrete, clean the surface first. Available in 275 - gallon totes, 55 - gallon drums, and 5 - gallon pails. It has a two - year shelf life in sealed containers. Coverage is 200 sq ft/gal for curing and 200 - 400 sq ft/gal for dustproofing and sealing, depending on surface conditions. It meets ASTM C - 309, Type I, Class A and B standards, SCAQMD VOC requirements (actual VOC at 98 g/L), is USDA accepted, and meets Class A UV stability/yellowing requirements per ASTM C 1315 section 6.4.1. Cure & Seal WB is a handy product for your concrete needs. First off, it's ready to use right out of the container, so no need to dilute it. You can apply it using a sprayer, brush, roller, or a lambswool applicator. Make sure the temperature is above 40°F and rising when you apply it. For new concrete, wait until the surface water has evaporated and then apply the product. Adding a second coat will give you a better finish and more protection. If you're working on existing concrete, clean the surface thoroughly to get rid of any stains, oils, or incompatible coatings. The product comes in different package sizes: 275 - gallon totes, 55 - gallon drums, and 5 - gallon pails. It has a two - year shelf life as long as it's kept in its original, sealed container. The coverage area depends on what you're using it for. For curing, it's about 200 square feet per gallon. For dustproofing and sealing, it can cover 200 - 400 square feet per gallon, but this can change based on how porous the surface is. Remember, it forms a tough film that resists abrasion and stains, and it can save you money on maintenance and clean - up. And if you need to recoat, you don't have to strip off the previous application. Lastly, if you're ordering in bulk, call 800 - 342 - 3876 for a discount.
