Extremely Soft Bond (Gold)

These cap cutter segments feature an extremely soft bond with a beautiful gold color. We offer four different models. The FCRAPIDA2 - 30 has 2 segments with a grit of 30/40. The FCRAPIDA2 - 50 also has 2 segments but with a 50/60 grit. The FCRAPIDA2 - 60 comes with 2 segments and a 60/80 grit. And the FCRAPIDA2 - 120 has 2 segments with a 120/140 grit. All of them provide great performance with their extremely soft bond.

Using these cap cutter segments is easy. Just install them properly on your cutting equipment. Make sure the installation is firm to avoid any accidents. When using, apply a moderate amount of pressure for smooth cutting. As for maintenance, after each use, clean the segments to remove any debris. Store them in a dry place to prevent rusting. Be careful not to drop or hit the segments hard, as this may damage the extremely soft bond.
