Using Your Table Saw:
1. First, make sure the saw is connected to a 220 - volt single - phase power source. It can work almost anywhere, but always use a proper electrical outlet.
2. Before starting, adjust the blade height and miter angle using the steel handwheels on the base. The rack and pinion mechanism makes it easy to move the blade up and down.
3. If you need to make rip cuts, use the rip fence with the digital readout (DRO). Zero the DRO at the blade for accurate and repeatable lengths.
4. For bevel cuts, use the DRO on the base and the miter gauge on the tabletop.
Safety Precautions:
1. Always wear safety goggles and ear protection when operating the saw.
2. Make sure the 4 - piece safety blade guard with anti - kickback reverse teeth is in place. Also, use the splitter and riving knife to prevent pinching or twisting of the wood.
3. Keep your hands away from the blade at all times.
Maintenance Tips:
1. Regularly clean the dust shroud inside the machine. Connect an extraction system to the 4” port to collect sawdust and keep the machine clean.
2. Check the table surface for any signs of wear or damage. If it loses its shine, you can polish the cast - iron table to restore it.
3. Periodically check the alignment of the blade and the base to ensure accurate cuts.
4. If you need replacement parts, they are usually in stock for fast delivery. And remember, our team is available for lifetime technical support by phone if you have any questions.
