Using SpecChem Cure and Seal WB 25 is easy. First, make sure the concrete surface is clean and free of debris. Then, apply the sealer evenly using a roller or sprayer. For best results, apply multiple thin coats rather than one thick coat. You can recoat it before occupancy to get a nice glossy finish. And if you need to recoat later, you don't have to strip off the previous application. Just keep in mind that this is a water - based product, so store it in a cool, dry place. Avoid applying it in extremely hot or cold weather. To maintain the treated surface, regular cleaning with mild soap and water is enough. This will help keep the floors clean and the sealer working well.
