Using this tile saw is easy. First, make sure it's properly plugged in using the IP 67 plug and the IP 55 switch is working. Place your tile on the 240 mm anodized extruded aluminum cutting surface. You can use the cutting guide and protractor for accurate cuts. For vertical cuts, set the blade at 90°. If you need a tilted cut, adjust the angle between 90° and 45°. The water-cooled system helps keep the blade cool, and the shatter-resistant plastic tray collects the water. Remember to use the right blade for the type of tile you're cutting. For regular tiles, the standard 200 mm continuous rim blade works well. For hard tiles, use the SUPER diamond blade. As for maintenance, after each use, clean the saw and the tray. Check the motor's thermal protection regularly. If you're using the optional side cutting surface, make sure the bracket is bolted tightly to the stand for stability.
