Using the HAWK XHD floor machine is easy. First, plug the 50 ft. industrial power cord into a 115V, 60 Hz outlet. You can adjust the handle to your preferred position using the variable position lock for comfortable operation. Then, choose the right brush or pad for the job and attach it. Use the dual steel operating triggers to start the machine, and make sure to use the thumb - operated safety switch for added protection. You can also control the negative pressure with the on/off switch.
When using the machine, be careful not to overload it beyond its capacity. Avoid using it on surfaces that are not suitable for the attached brush or pad. Keep your hands and feet away from the moving parts during operation.
For maintenance, regularly check the power cord for any signs of damage. Clean the brush covers and the machine body after each use. Lubricate the gears as recommended in the manual to keep the drive system running smoothly. If you notice any unusual noises or malfunctions, stop using the machine immediately and have it checked by a professional.
