SPARTACOTE® PURE Clinical Plus™ is an amazing ultra - high solids, two - part sealer/finish coating designed for protecting concrete. It's a green - friendly option with very low VOC and low odor, making it perfect for indoor projects where installation smell is a concern. This coating is a great choice for spaces where cleanliness is crucial, like hospitals, clinics, and food production areas.
It comes with advanced Antimicrobial technology. This technology has been tested and proven effective in high - hygiene environments. For a colored finish, you can use SPARTACOTE® Universal Pigments™. You can apply it in single or multiple coats using a broom, roller, or squeegee. It offers rapid return to service, high durability, safety, customizability, and high traction.

Using SPARTACOTE® PURE Clinical Plus™ is quite easy. First, if you want a pigmented finish, choose SPARTACOTE® Universal Pigments™. Then, you can apply the coating to prepared concrete using a broom, roller, or squeegee, either in a single coat or multiple coats. It can be installed in just one day, and you can use the area the next day. Remember, this product has low odor, which is great for indoor use. When applying, make sure the temperature is at least 35º. For maintenance, because it has good chemical and stain resistance, regular cleaning should be enough to keep it looking good. Since it has Antimicrobial technology, it helps keep the area clean, but still, follow general hygiene practices. And it works well with other SPARTACOTE® systems, so you can combine them for different looks and functions.
