The Ergonomic Manual Tilt Master is a great tool for lifting, tilting, and transporting crates, boxed items, and pallets with an open bottom. It's designed to let you reach loads easily in an ergonomically correct position, so you don't have to bend down or reach too far. The forks can tilt up to 90 degrees. It rolls smoothly on 6' x 2' polyurethane swivel casters with brakes and foot protectors. The width between the forks is 9 - 1/2', the overall fork width is 22', and each fork is 6 - 1/4' wide. The stainless - steel version offers long - lasting strength and durability for daily use. There are two models: TM - 22 - M with a capacity of 2,200 lbs, a vertical lift height of 11 - 1/4', a lowered fork height of 3 - 1/2', a fork length of 31 - 1/2', an overall width of 25 - 1/4', and a weight of 425 lbs; and TM - 22 - M - SS with the same capacity, a vertical lift height of 59 - 1/2', a lowered fork height of 3 - 1/2', a fork length of 31 - 1/2', an overall width of 24 - 1/4', and a weight of 433 lbs.
Using the Manual Tilt Master is easy. First, position the forks under the crate, box, or pallet you want to move. Make sure the item is centered on the forks. To lift, use the manual mechanism provided. You can tilt the forks up to 90 degrees as needed. When transporting, hold the handle firmly and guide the unit. The swivel casters with brakes allow you to stop and park safely. Always use the foot protectors for your safety. When not in use, store the unit in a dry place. For the stainless - steel version, you can wipe it clean with a mild detergent and water to keep it looking good and prevent rust. Check the casters regularly for any signs of wear and tear, and replace them if necessary. Also, make sure the brakes are working properly before each use.
