The TITAN 530 is a highly compact and efficient three-phase grinding and polishing machine. It features a mono-directional fully geared planetary system and variable working speed. Ideal for large marble, terrazzo, granite, and concrete surfaces, it's great for industrial floor preparation, bush-hammering, grinding, removing old glues and resins, and achieving mirror-polished concrete via the HyperConcrete system. Key features include a single-shell robust and space-saving framework, easy planetary removal for using various tools, a 180° overturning system for extra weights (optional), a 46-litre water tank, powerful front and rear LED spotlights (optional), total mechanical transmission with thermoset gears for reliability, and a 2-year warranty (up to 2 years or 600 working hours for machines with hour meters). There are two models, TITAN 530 VS and TITAN 530 VS USA, with different motor and drive inverter specifications but similar tool speed, work diameter, tool size, water tank capacity, size, and weight. Estimated production varies depending on the task, such as 10 - 15 m²/h for 7-step concrete polishing and 40 - 80 m²/h for 1-step concrete grinding.

Using the TITAN 530 is easy. First, make sure it's properly connected to a suitable power source according to the model's voltage requirements. You can adjust the working speed based on your task. Place the appropriate discs, brushes, or 21' tools on the machine after removing the planetary easily. For different surfaces like marble, terrazzo, or concrete, you can expect different production rates. When working, keep an eye on the water level in the 46-litre tank and refill it as needed. If you're using the optional 180° overturning system for extra weights, move the weights to the front for more grinding pressure or to the back for easier tool changes. For maintenance, regularly check the mechanical transmission with thermoset gears. If there are any signs of wear or damage, contact the service team. Also, clean the machine after each use to keep it in good condition. Remember, the machine comes with a 2-year warranty, but for machines with an hour meter, the warranty is up to 2 years or 600 working hours.
