RUBI offers the TP-T range of manual single guide tile cutters to meet diverse market needs. These cutters are perfect for intensive work with all types of ceramic tiles, especially porcelain tiles (BIa type). They feature a highly impact-resistant monoguide system, ensuring a long service life. The ergonomic handle allows for easy operation by pushing. It comes with a retractable breaker with 2204.6 lbs of breaking power, suitable for tile thicknesses from 13/64 in. to 25/32 in., providing professional tile installers with greater working speed. The mobile breaker guarantees high-quality diagonal and angular cuts. All TP-T models have a central pivot swivel square for quick and precise angular measurement. The lateral stop enables easy and precise repetitive cuts. The cutter has a high-strength two-layer aluminum base with shock absorption and lateral supports for large tiles. Unlike the TP-S, you work behind the cutter by pulling the handle. It uses a 7/8 in. long-lasting tungsten carbide scoring wheel, making it versatile and effective. These tile cutters are simple to use, durable, and lightweight, and don't require lubrication or much maintenance. Note that some ceramic materials over 19/32 in. thick may be difficult to cut manually, so sample cuts are recommended. Main features include a single guide system for long life, a height-adjustable breaking system, a swivel bracket for angular measurement, a long-lasting laser engraved square, reinforced breaking feet, a lateral stop for accuracy, a two-layer damping base, a base supplement for large tiles, a carrying handle (for TP-66-S and TP-75-S models), a set designed for handle pulling, a strong ergonomic RUBIFLEX handle, a 3-position thickness adjustment system, and a 7/8'(22mm) scoring wheel.

Using the RUBI TP-T tile cutter is easy. First, place the tile on the cutter's base. Adjust the thickness setting according to the tile's thickness. Then, use the lateral stop for repetitive cuts if needed. Push or pull the handle (depending on the model) to score the tile with the tungsten carbide scoring wheel. After scoring, use the breaker to separate the tile. When making angular cuts, use the central pivot swivel square for accurate measurement. As for maintenance, since the guides don't need lubrication, you don't have to do much. Just keep it clean after use. If there are any parts that seem worn, replace them promptly. Remember, for ceramic materials thicker than 19/32 in., make sample cuts first to see if the cutter can handle them.
