Using this 12 - 5/8 inch portable dry cut metal saw is easy. First, make sure the saw is properly connected to a power source. The standard 110V is available, and 230V is also an option. Before starting, check the blade. The standard equipment comes with a blade (Part No. 608276), and there's an optional blade for stainless steel cutting. When you're ready to cut, place the metal plate, pipe, or profile on a stable surface. You can use the super hand - held accessory, the guide rail with a clamping system, to get a more precise cut. Then, turn on the saw. It has a high - quality tungsten carbide - tipped blade that can dry cut various metals without coolant and no deburring needed. While the saw is running, the side - mounted tilt tray will collect the chips, and the dust collection port will help keep the operation clean. There's also a motor protection with an optical overload indicator, so if something goes wrong, you'll know. As for maintenance, after each use, clean the saw, especially the blade and the dust collection port. Keep the saw in a dry place. And if you use the optional stainless - steel blade, remember it's specially coated to increase its cutting life by 2.5X, so take good care of it.
