Description

Introducing the OTTOVAC by GRABO, a game - changing power tool for glaziers and anyone working with glass or smooth flat surfaces. This portable electric vacuum cup redefines the way materials are moved and installed. Unlike traditional pump - action cups, the OTTOVAC creates suction with just a push of a button and releases pressure the same way. The revolutionary automatic on/off sensor is a major highlight. It tells the vacuum pump to start building suction and stops when sufficient vacuum is reached, preventing damage to the glass. If suction is lost, the tool kicks back in to regain it. The pump stops automatically after a three - second delay when the vacuum in the base of the suction cup reaches - 55 kPa and restarts when the level drops below - 55 kPa. Powered by 4 AA batteries, this tool can safely hold up to 200kg/440lbs. The maximum weight it can lift depends on how you carry the material and the type of material. It can be used in perpendicular and parallel holds, offering a firm and safe grip for different shapes and sizes. Check the provided chart for safe guidelines on carrying common materials. The OTTOVAC is suitable for surfaces with peak/valley heights less than 0.1” (3mm) and an arc less than 5°. With a model/SKU of OTTOVAC - V1(OV - V1), it has a working voltage of 6 V, a rated power of 6 W, and can perform 1500 ON - OFF cycles of 10 seconds. Its service life is over 10000 times and 800 hours, with a rated air flow of 4 l/min and a maximum vacuum rate of - 0.7 bar (- 70 kPa). It measures 200x200x90 mm and weighs 1.2 kg (2.6 lbs.) with batteries, and can work in temperatures from 0 - 60°C (32 - 140°F).

Using the OTTOVAC is super easy. First, make sure the surface you're using it on has peak/valley heights less than 0.1” (3mm) and an arc less than 5°. Place the suction cup on the material and press the button to start creating suction. When you're done, press the same button to release the pressure. Remember, the maximum weight it can hold depends on how you carry the material (perpendicular or parallel) and the type of material. Check the chart for safe weight limits. As for maintenance, keep the suction cup clean. Wipe it down after each use to remove any dirt or debris. Store it in a cool, dry place within the working temperature range of 0 - 60°C (32 - 140°F). Replace the 4 AA alkaline batteries when they run out to keep the tool working properly.
