SPIDER™ Router Bits – Bevel

Bevel-shaped router bits are a must - have for creating bevel edges on engineered stone, granite, and quartz during the fabrication process. Using these SPIDER™ bevel router bits is easy. First, select the right bit according to the thickness of your stone, which can be 10mm, 20mm, 25mm, or 30mm. Then, attach it to your router. Make sure your router is set at the appropriate speed. During the operation, move the router steadily along the edge of the stone to create a smooth bevel. When you're done, turn off the router and wait for it to stop completely before removing the bit. As for maintenance, clean the bit after each use to remove any stone dust. Store it in a dry place to prevent rust and damage. Also, be careful not to drop the bit, as it may damage the diamond surface, which is 50% larger than the industry standard and gives the bit its great performance.
