Specifications
Using the Steel Dropin is easy. First, choose the right size based on your project needs. Drill a hole in the base material according to the specified drill diameter. Then, insert the dropin into the hole. If you're using the flanged version, make sure it installs flush for easy inspection. For the smooth wall dropin, you can install it flush or below the surface. If you have the coil thread version, it's designed to accept a coil rod and is perfect for concrete formwork. When removing bolts or doing service work, the internally threaded design makes it a breeze. Just be sure to follow the minimum embedment depth to ensure a secure installation. As for maintenance, keep the anchor clean and dry. If it's in a corrosive environment, choose the appropriate stainless - steel version to prevent rust and damage.
