Using the SURFOX™ Professional Stainless Steel Marking and Etching Kit is a breeze. First, clean the stainless steel surface with Surfox Pre - Weld to make sure it's clean and free of residue. Then, if you want to print a stencil, connect a USB stick with your image or logo to the stand - alone printer. You don't need a computer for this step. Once the stencil is printed, you can start marking or etching. You can use either permanent or disposable stencils. The kit comes with a thermo printer, software, and stencil paper roll for making disposable stencils. There are also 100ml of SURFOX - M marking electrolyte solution and 100ml of SURFOX - E etching electrolyte solution. You can mark in AC mode and etch in DC mode on all SURFOX machines.
