Introducing the PT Cutter blade from Alpha® at the Diamond Tool Store. This turbo blade is specially made for dry - cutting porcelain paver tiles. It's a game - changer for hardscaping contractors working on outdoor living areas. When installing paver tiles in walkways, pool, and Jacuzzi areas with many curved lines, the PT Cutter boosts productivity. Instead of cutting each tile to size before installation, contractors can first install the tiles to cover the area, then mark, score, cut, and release for a faster project. It's a great fit for outdoor work as gas - powered demolition saws, which generate dust, noise, and exhaust odor, are less of an issue outside. Alpha® uses a unique method, sintering a special turbo rim diamond layer directly to the steel core, minimizing chipping during cutting. The softer steel core allows for step - cutting curved lines. This blade is the best dry - cutting turbo blade on the market, perfect for porcelain paver tiles. It features a 6mm tall diamond layer for long life, is recommended for landscaping tiles, fits most gas - powered demolition saws, and can be used wet or dry. Available part numbers include LT12A+ (12', 2.6mm thick, max RPM 6,200, arbors 1', 7/8', 20mm) and LT14A+ (14', 2.8mm thick, max RPM 5,360, arbors 1', 7/8', 20mm), both for gas - powered demolition saws.

How to use: First, make sure your gas - powered demolition saw is in good working condition. Install the PT Cutter blade according to the saw's instructions. For outdoor projects, install the paver tiles to cover the desired area. Then mark the cut line on the tiles, score it lightly, and use the saw with the PT Cutter blade to make the cut. You can use it wet or dry, depending on your preference. Note: Always wear safety goggles, gloves, and a dust mask when using the blade. Check the blade regularly for any signs of damage. Make sure the saw's RPM does not exceed the maximum RPM specified for the blade. Maintenance: After use, clean the blade with a brush to remove any debris. Store it in a dry place to prevent rusting. If the blade becomes dull, it may be time to replace it.
