Turn your crane into a powerful forklift! These crane fork attachments feature an easy - attach assembly that doesn't require cables or pulleys. The adjustable stop can accommodate 36", 40", and 48" pallets.

• The trolley can hold up to a 5 - ton hook.
• The king post can be adjusted for load heights ranging from 48' to 68'.
• The adjustable crane fork stop fits 36', 40' & 48' pallets.
• The backstop helps stabilize 40' wide loads.
• The forks can spread up to 40' wide (out - to - out).
• A minimum load of 1500 to 1750 lbs is required; the trolley won't work well with less load.

• General Purpose Tines: Ideal for handling a wide range of materials, these 46" long forks are perfect for standard 48" pallets.
• Block Tines: Suitable for various materials like brick (simply slide the forks together), and especially great for cubed or banded block.

Using these crane forks is easy. First, attach the forks to your crane using the simple easy - attach assembly. Make sure there are no cables or pulleys in the way. Next, adjust the stop according to the size of your pallet - it can handle 36", 40", and 48" pallets. When using the trolley, ensure the load is at least 1500 to 1750 lbs, or it may not work properly. If you're dealing with standard 48" pallets, the general - purpose tines are a great choice. For other materials like brick or cubed/banded block, go for the block tines. As for maintenance, regularly check the frame and tines for any signs of wear or damage. Clean them after use to prevent rust and keep them in good working condition. Also, make sure the king post and adjustable parts are well - lubricated for smooth operation.
