Description

The GS-100 Early Entry Joint Saw is designed for cutting concrete with a maximum depth of 2 inches. It comes with excellent dust control, ensuring a cleaner working environment. The green concrete skid plate offers durability and protection. The patent-pending dust box with a blade sight window allows for easy operation and monitoring. Quick blade depth adjustment makes it convenient to meet different cutting needs. The integrated wrench holder keeps tools organized. The powder-coated steel frame provides strength and long-lasting performance. Front and rear blade pointers help with accurate cutting. It is powered by a Honda GX200 engine with 5.5 HP, has a maximum cutting depth of 2 inches, a maximum blade size of 8 inches, an arbor size of 7/8 inches, and weighs 108 lbs. It also features a 2-inch dust port with a minimum vacuum requirement of 250 CFM.

Using the GS-100 Early Entry Joint Saw is straightforward. First, make sure the engine is properly fueled with the Honda GX200 engine. Adjust the blade depth according to your cutting needs using the quick blade depth adjustment feature. When starting the saw, follow the engine's starting instructions. While cutting, keep an eye on the blade through the blade sight window in the dust box. The front and rear blade pointers will help you cut accurately. Remember to connect a vacuum to the 2-inch dust port to control dust. The minimum vacuum requirement is 250 CFM. For maintenance, regularly check the engine oil level and change it as recommended. Keep the powder-coated steel frame clean and free from debris. If you need to replace the blade, use a blade with a maximum size of 8 inches and an arbor size of 7/8 inches. Store the saw in a dry place when not in use to prevent rust and damage.
