Elastopatch® Textured Flexible Patching Compound (24 Count)

DAP Elastopatch Textured Flexible Patching Compound is a top - notch elastomeric spackling solution. It permanently fills cracks and prevents them from coming back, thanks to its flexible formula. Ideal for textured surfaces like stucco, masonry, brick, plaster, and drywall, it creates a lasting, flexible seal. It offers excellent paintability without paint flashing. Note that it's not sandable and can be used both indoors and outdoors. How to use: First, clean the surface you want to patch to remove dust and debris. Then, apply the Elastopatch compound evenly on the area with a putty knife. Smooth it out as much as you can. Since it's not sandable, try to get the finish you want during application. Let it dry completely according to the instructions on the package. After it's dry, you can paint over it. Note: Don't try to sand this compound as it won't work well. Also, make sure the surface is dry before applying. Maintenance: Once it's painted, there's not much maintenance needed. Just keep an eye on the patched area and if you notice any new cracks in the future, you can re - apply the compound.
