Using the Power Rotator/Tilter 1000 (AC) is straightforward. First, make sure it's properly connected to a 120 - volt AC, 60 - hertz, 16 - amp power source. Place the vacuum pads on the heavy material you want to lift. The vacuum will engage in about 4 seconds, and you'll see the green lift light turn on. You can then use the movable control pendant to rotate the load 360° with adjustable speed or tilt it 90°. When you're done, the load will release in about 3 seconds. Be aware that the DC version is only available by special order. Also, take note of the warning about potential cancer and reproductive harm. For maintenance, regularly check the vacuum line filter and the spring - mounted vacuum pads. Ensure the twist - lock electrical plug is always in good condition. If you've added the optional High - Duty Tilt, Vacuum Loss Warning Buzzer, or DC Back - Up System, make sure to test them periodically to ensure they're working properly.
