Core Bit Adapters Competition Style

These competition - style core bit adapters are designed for use on Hilti® machines. They allow you to connect to standard 1 - 1/4 - 7 or 5/8 - 11 threaded bit hubs. Note that Hilti® is a registered trademark of the Hilti® Corporation and has no affiliation with Diamond Products Limited. Here are some compatible models: For DD100, DD200, DD130 with BI+ connection, you can use the Hilti Quick Disconnect 6 - Slot adapter, available in 1.250'-7 and 5/8'-11 sizes. The DD200 can also use a Spline adapter with a 1.250'-7 size. For DD250, DD160, DCM1.5 with BU connection, there are 5/8'-11 Male and 1.250'-7 Male adapters with Hilti Spline. There's also a Hilti Core Bit with a 1.250'-7 Female and Hilti Quick Disconnect option.

Using these core bit adapters is easy. First, make sure your Hilti® machine is turned off. Then, select the appropriate adapter according to the machine model and the size of the threaded bit hub you want to connect to. For example, if you have a DD100 with BI+ connection and a 1.250'-7 threaded bit hub, choose the Hilti Quick Disconnect 6 - Slot adapter in 1.250'-7 size. Connect the adapter firmly to the machine and then attach the bit hub. When using, always follow the safety instructions of your Hilti® machine. Avoid using the adapters if they are damaged. To maintain the adapters, clean them after each use with a dry cloth. Store them in a dry place to prevent rusting. If you notice any abnormal wear or tear, it's best to replace the adapter to ensure safe and efficient operation.
