The Monster 2 is an advanced 5-axis CNC machine engineered for processing marble, granite, artificial quartz, ceramics, and natural stones. It interfaces with CAD/CAM systems through a numerical control unit, enabling a wide range of operations. Ideal for both single-piece and series production, this machine excels at cutting slabs, kitchen countertops, and shower trays. You can perform various types of work, including straight cuts, profiles, inclined cuts (0 - 90°), curved cuts, holes, engravings, and bas-reliefs. Optionally, it comes with a digital camera, vacuum lifters in the head, and an automatic tool - changing toolbox. A wide array of accessories allows for high - level customization. It's a larger version of the Monster 1 (M1) CNC machine and features automatic tool change.

Using the Monster 2 is quite straightforward. First, connect it to your CAD/CAM system. Design your project on the CAD/CAM software and then let the numerical control unit manage the machine's operation. When starting a job, make sure all safety guards are in place. You can choose different types of cuts and operations according to your needs. For straight cuts, simply input the required length and angle. When it comes to curved cuts, use the pre - designed patterns on your CAD/CAM software. Remember to check the tool condition regularly. If you've opted for the automatic tool - changing toolbox, the machine will handle tool changes for you, but still, keep an eye on the tool's sharpness. In terms of maintenance, clean the machine after each use to prevent dust and debris from building up. Lubricate moving parts as recommended in the user manual. The digital camera, if installed, should be kept clean to ensure accurate monitoring. And don't forget to check the vacuum lifters for any signs of wear and tear.
