A fully electric stacker designed for quick and effortless load transportation in warehouse facilities. It features a high-torque 24VDC drive and lift motor, making it perfect for heavy-duty tasks. The ergonomic handle comes with an easy-to-operate throttle that allows for infinite adjustment of forward and reverse speeds, lift/lower controls, a unique safety-enhancing emergency reverse function, and a horn. An electromagnetic disc brake with an automatic dead-man feature activates when the user releases the handle. The powered lifter is equipped with two 12V lead acid deep cycle batteries, an integral battery charger, and a battery level gauge. It rolls smoothly on poly-on-steel steer and load wheels, and has a 0.7 KW drive and 2.0 KW lift motor. It can operate for 3 - 4 hours on a full charge and 8 hours when used intermittently. The unique safety-enhancing emergency reverse function: When the emergency reverse belly switch is actuated, the unit instantly reverses direction and moves forward (away from the operator) until the switch is released or after five seconds. If the switch is activated for more than 5 seconds, the built-in safety circuit will automatically disable the entire unit, and it must be re-set to return to normal operation. This advanced safety device offers high-level operator protection. Battery options include Absorbed Glass Matt (AGM), which are maintenance-free with a sealed construction that eliminates periodic watering and corrosive acid fume spills. All measurements are approximate, and slight variations may occur. The weights shown are approximate shipping weights.

Using this electric stacker is straightforward. First, make sure the batteries are charged. Then, hold the ergonomic handle. You can use the throttle on the handle to control the forward and reverse speeds and adjust them as needed. The lift/lower controls on the handle are used to raise or lower the forks. When you need to move a load, position the forks under the pallet or skid and lift it to the desired height. To ensure safety, always keep your hands on the handle. If an emergency occurs, press the emergency reverse belly switch. Remember, if this switch is pressed for more than 5 seconds, the stacker will shut down and you'll need to re-set it. For maintenance, check the battery level regularly using the battery level gauge. If you choose the AGM batteries, you don't have to worry about watering them. Also, inspect the poly-on-steel wheels for any signs of wear and tear. Keep the stacker clean and store it in a dry place when not in use.
