The heavy - duty casters are great for portability and movement during pouring, and they have locks for stability.
THE BNMS - 6500 IS A COMBINATION SET - This set includes a BNR6500 Mixer and an M14 mixing paddle (160mm (6.3') diameter). If you already have a mixer, you can order this mixing station as a standalone product (BNMS - 100 stand - only).

Using the BNMS - 6500 Portable Mixing Station is easy. First, if you're using the combination set, make sure the BNR6500 Mixer and M14 mixing paddle are properly installed. Then, place the materials you want to mix into the 22 - gallon bucket. You can add up to 220 lbs of material at a time. Use the built - in timer to set the mixing time. The ergonomic handles make it easy to pour the mixed material precisely. When you're done mixing, remove the dust splash cover and clean it. Keep the work area clean as well. As for maintenance, after each use, clean the mixer and the mixing paddle thoroughly. Check the heavy - duty casters regularly to make sure they roll smoothly and the locks work properly. If you need extra buckets or lids, they're available for purchase. And remember, if you already have a mixer, you can just use the BNMS - 100 stand - only version of this mixing station.
