Description

The DAGGER-CON concrete screws are ideal for attaching wood or metal to concrete. These screws feature hi-low threads, making them suitable for use in wood or thin-gauge metal. The flat head countersinks neatly into the material's surface. With deep cutting notches in the threads, they reduce driving torque for easier installation. The 1000-hour salt spray blue DAGGER-GUARD coating provides excellent corrosion resistance. Details: 14 threads per inch, #3 Phillips drive, sharp point, made of low carbon steel, and found on catalog page 42.

Using these DAGGER-CON concrete screws is easy. First, make sure you have the right drill bit for the job. For attaching wood or metal to concrete, drill a pilot hole into the concrete. Then, simply insert the screw and use a #3 Phillips screwdriver to drive it in. Since the threads have deep cutting notches, it should require less effort. When using in thin-gauge metal or wood, the hi-low threads work great to hold everything in place. As for maintenance, the blue DAGGER-GUARD coating offers good corrosion resistance, but try to keep the screws away from extremely wet or corrosive environments if possible. If they do get dirty, you can gently wipe them clean with a dry cloth. Always store the screws in a dry place to maintain their quality.
