PT-105HD-V2 - CNC Plasma Table

Our PT-105HD-V2 is the next generation of plasma tables. It's built with strong structure to handle 5’ x 10’ sheets. The automatic height detection is great for production runs. Plasma torch systems are sold separately. You can pick the Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster model that suits your needs. This table works with automatic torches, not manual ones. The BOBCAD-CAM EXPRESS DESIGN SOFTWARE is included. The PT-105HD has the BobCAD-Cam Express programming software as standard. You can design your project on any computer and load it to the plasma table via a USB drive.

Using the PT-105HD-V2 CNC Plasma Table is quite straightforward. First, make sure it's connected to a 220-volt single-phase power source. You can control the movement of the X, Y, and Z axes from the podium with the console screen and keypad. To start a project, design it on any basic PC using the included BobCAD-Cam Express software. Then, load the design to the table via a USB drive. You can also use the pre-loaded shape library on the console to resize and change shapes without a computer. When loading a 10-foot sheet, move the gantry out of the way to avoid machine damage. Be aware that the table is marked with Prop 65 warning about cancer and reproductive harm. As for maintenance, regularly check the wipers on the rails to ensure they keep the welding dust out. This will help the slide move smoothly without noisy friction.
