STINGER™ CNC Core Bits

This STINGER™ core bit is perfect for use with a CNC machine on granite, marble, or any hard stone. Its side openings are designed to prevent blow - outs. Made to the highest quality and standards, it drills with no vibration. It has a feed rate of 250 – 300mm/min and can create precise holes. Ideal for engineered stone, granite, and quartz. Arbor size is 1/2 Gas, core bit diameter is 1.375 (1 - 3/8), and it's suitable for CNC machines with a max RPM of 3,000.

To use these STINGER™ CNC core bits, first make sure your CNC machine is set to the appropriate RPM, which is a maximum of 3,000 for this bit. Attach the bit to the machine using the 1/2 Gas arbor. You can use it on granite, marble, engineered stone, or quartz. When drilling, keep the feed rate between 250 – 300mm/min to ensure the best results and to prevent any potential blow - outs thanks to the side openings. As for maintenance, after each use, clean the bit to remove any stone debris. Store it in a dry place to prevent rusting. Avoid using it on materials outside of its recommended applications as it may damage the bit and affect its performance.
