RUBI presents its professional DS-250-N Laser & Level tile saw series. These cutters feature highly accurate mobile heads, perfect for miter cuts. With a powerful 3 HP motor, they're great for cutting all kinds of ceramic tiles, especially porcelain ones, as well as natural stones like marble, granite, and slate. The motor assembly, on sliding bearings, ensures top - notch precision and cutting quality for perfect cuts. Its aluminum structure is lightweight yet highly resistant to construction work conditions. The cutting head protector allows the use of different blade types. It comes with 10 - inch diameter blades. The retractable legs offer protection during transport and storage, and built - in wheels make short - distance movement easy. Maintenance is minimal thanks to the aluminum chassis, and daily cleaning is a breeze with removable tables and trays. It includes a 2mW power laser tracer (Class 2) for better cutting visibility and a spirit level system for on - site installation. Available in three models (1000, 1300, 1500) with cutting lengths of 40.16, 51.97, and 59.84 inches respectively. RUBI has a global presence, making it easy to find tools and spare parts. Using the RUBI DS - 250 - N Laser & Level tile saw is easy. First, make sure to install it on a flat surface using the circular level for proper alignment. Connect the cable you ordered separately to power it up. Choose the right blade for your material - continuous rim, turbo, or segmented. You can use it to cut wall tiles, floor tiles, porcelain tiles, marble, granite, and more. When making cuts, the 2mW line laser helps you see where to cut accurately. For miter cuts, use the double - set flanges, one of which is specially designed for this purpose. To cool the blade, turn on the water pump with the regulating tap. There's a lateral stop for making repetitive cuts quickly. When you're done using it, retract the legs for protection during storage and use the built - in wheels to move it around easily. Maintenance is simple. Thanks to the aluminum chassis, it doesn't need much upkeep. Just clean the removable tables and trays daily to keep it in good condition. The machine has thermic and overload security switches (except three - phase motors) to protect it. Also, make sure to handle the diamond blade carefully as it's not included. And don't forget to check the ZERO DUST system regularly to keep the working environment clean.
