Using your Alpha® palm sanding block is easy. First, choose the right size - 5' or 6' - based on your project. Attach the appropriate sandpaper, interface pad, or foam pad to the hook & loop fastener. Hold the block firmly with its ergonomic dome - shaped grip. Apply even pressure as you sand the surface. When sanding, keep a steady hand to get an even finish. For best results, especially in wet hand - polishing applications, make sure the surface is clean. After use, remove the attached pads and clean the sanding block with a soft cloth. Store it in a dry place to avoid damage. Remember, these blocks are great for areas where power sanding isn't possible, like detailed work. And they're not just for painting - they work well in woodworking and composite jobs too. Also, if you're in a steel mill, you can use Ceramica Resin #500 with the block to check surface quality.
